由于 vs2022 出来了，而工程里的.props (比如 platform.props)只有关于 vs2017 与 vs2019 的配置，所以，最好在 build.user.bat 里指定使用 vs2019:

SET "MPCHC_VS_PATH=%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\"
```
否则脚本默认获取到的是vs2022，会导致工程缺失设置而编译失败
VS2019 要选用英文语言包，不要安装中文语言包，否则，编译 ffmpeg 时 configure 生成的 config.h 带了中文，会让 mingw 的 make 误把其中的中文识别成其它字符，导致编译失败。
build.user.bat 里更改 winsdk 版本时得写细，比如 “10.0.19041.0”, 单纯设置“10.0”会出错
